Entry Fees
• Entry fees are $7.00 per entry
• Pay by PaylPal when you register your beers. If not possible, include check (made payable to: EduCate) with your entries when
you drop them off or ship them.

Entry Instructions
- Register and Pay for your entries.
- Visit http://www.bjcp.org/docs/SCP_EntryRecipe.pdf and print the form and enter at least the following information: Name, address, phone number, email address, club name (if applicable), name of brew, category number, and subcategory number (ingredient and process information is optional). NOTE: You must submit one completed entry form with each entry
- Complete a bottle identification label for each bottle of beer when you register your beer or by printing from http://www.bjcp.org/docs/SCP_BottleID.pdf. Print off the label, insert it into a plastic sandwich bag, and attach it to each bottle with a rubber band. (Please do not use tape or glue.)
- Put your bottles in a 6 pack carton, fold and insert the entry form into one of the spaces containing a bottle with payment receipt.
- Drop off or ship your entries to The Homebrewer Resource Center, 2911 Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92104, (don't forget payment if you did not pay when you registered your entries))
- Entries only accepted between Friday September 9th and Friday September 23rd. All entries must be received by no later than Friday September 23rd, 2016, at 7:30 p.m.
